Tim came to the house and explained everything that needed to happen and why. Then he met with our insurance agent, climbed on the roof, and they went over it together. It wound up that I needed a complete new roof. Tim scheduled the trash container, labor, and clean up around my schedule. Start to finish = 1 Day! I was very impressed with the quality and service of Regal Roofing. Excellent job Tim!
Our roof was very old and had been damaged from the past 3 or so storms that rolled through, Tim had stopped by a couple of times and after the last time, we spoke and had recieved enough damage to make a claim to replace. He walked me through the process, met with me when the insurrance adjuster came and was very thorough and upfront about the process, costs, and upgrades. The crewed showed up very early on the date of install, placed tarps around and moved things on our deck that were in the way and then got the roof done and cleaned up by lunch time! Tim kramer was great to work with, we are very pleased with the entire process, especially the final product. Would highly recommended to anyone needing a new roof or storm repair!
The roof was replaced as the salesman quoted no surprises. The crew cleaned up after themselves and left our property clean.

We are very satisfied with the roofing that was done. The only complaint we have is that we received a flat tire from the nails that were on the ground.

Working with Michael Sofia and Regal Roofing has been a 5 Star experience. I would give them 10 Stars if that was an option. Mike exceeded our expectations on ever step of our new roof replacement experience. From working with our Insurance company to completing the construction, Mike kept us informed and met every commitment as promised. Mike was able to make things happen, where other roofers just couldn't, with respect to getting the claim approved in a timely matter. Mike followed up on everything and literally blew us away with the professionalism he demonstrated. It was so refreshing to see this type of excellence in this day and age, and we have recommended Mike and Regal to many of our neighbors.

Prompt communication and great recommendations when we were picking the right shingle type and color, straight to the point insights about cost-to-benefits, etc. Turnaround between getting in touch with them and having the roof installed was quick! Install team was professional, limited noise as much as they could, and did an amazing job cleaning up afterwards! Team worked fast and final product looks awesome! Couldn't be more satisfied and would recommend to anyone interested in a new roof or for anyone with storm damage or similar! We couldn't make a claim due to the age of our roof when we bought the house, but pricing was still great for the outcome. Thanks team!
