Tim came to the house and explained everything that needed to happen and why. Then he met with our insurance agent, climbed on the roof, and they went over it together. It wound up that I needed a complete new roof. Tim scheduled the trash container, labor, and clean up around my schedule. Start to finish = 1 Day!
