I admit that I was a little skeptical when I was approached by Regal Roof's Brady Whitaker with his offer to give me a free roof inspection on my 18-year-old. home. Brady brought me detailed pictures of my roof, showing hail damage that I was not aware of and offered to provide his findings to my home insurance provider. In days, the insurance company had sent their own inspectors out to verify Brady's findings and a short time later, had informed me that my roof was completely warranted for full replacement. Within a few weeks, Brady and his incredible team of professional installers spent a total of 2 days doing a complete replacement of my roof, and I could not be happier with the job that they did. I not only had a beautiful new roof on my home, but also had the comfort of knowing that the value of my home had just appreciated many tens of thousands of dollars. I have had many dealings with a variety of businesses in my life and can honestly say that this was one of the most professional groups I have ever dealt with. Brady was extremely friendly, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Brady was simply a joy to work with, as were his amazing team of installers. While I don't expect to have my roof replaced ever again, it sure is a relief to know that Regal Roof will be there if I do.

When Alex knocked my door in reference to an inspection I was hesitant, but Alex introduced himself in a highly professional manner, and informed me about himself and Regal Roofing. He ended up selling me not with some cheesy sales pitch, but with his knowledge, Kindness, and respectable manners. I was experiencing problems finding a good company to do my roof and Shawn McClimon was referred to me and ended my nightmare. He was very professional and knowledgeable and he guided me through the process by assisted me with the filing process. He fought for me when the insurance company declined me and he and his team carried out the repairs in a very organized manner and was done in one day. I highly recommend this roofing company. They were friendly, professional, easy to work with and, most importantly, did quality work. They helped me file my insurance claim and met with my adjuster to highlight all of the damage they found. Once they started replacing my roof, they were finished in a day. I had a great looking roof and couldn't even tell they had been there.

After a bad storm in January of this year I walked outside and noticed damage to my house. I went through 3 different contractors who made promises they didn’t keep. They even stopped answering the phone for me. The insurance company denied my claim leaving me with thousands of dollars in damages to my home. One day I noticed Regal working on one of my neighbors house and got the number off of their shirt. This was the best call I ever made. My inspector Cameron was amazing from beginning to end he is knowledgeable, patient, caring and professional. The moment he came to assess my home I felt confident and comfortable that he would help make us whole again which is exactly what he did.
