Josh Booher is the reason my roof replacement was seamless and painless. From the beginning and through every step, Josh worked with the insurance adjuster, communicated with me consistently, and professionally dealt with all aspects of the process. My neighbors have commented on how fast the roof was replaced in one day and how well everything was cleaned up. Josh was on site the day the roof was replaced, inspected the lawn, driveway, and walkway for nails or other debris and then inspected it again the next day. The roofers worked tirelessly on one of the hottest days in Charlotte so far this summer. I wish the rest of my home projects could be run by honest and dependable people like those at Regal. Josh Booher exemplifies what is not seen a lot these days: loyalty and commitment to doing a job well done, caring for the reputation of Regal and himself, and honesty. Well done!

From start to finish we were so impressed by our Regal Roofing team here in Charlotte NC. Everything promised by Supervisors Nate, Jay & Chris worked out to a beautiful new roof and in a day. The roofers were professional and worked with integrity and each knew their part in this difficult process of removing and putting down good shingles on our 2 story home with a screened deck and covered roof. The team’s work was impeccable and Nate was checking in with us during the day and Chris was available to the roofing team. A fantastic management company! Nate made many rounds to insure we were pleased with the roofers work and managed clean up with the crew. We had perfection from all involved in giving our home an outstanding new roof. We received top notch service from beginning to end. Our insurance claim roof specialist, Shawn, is well experienced, knowledgeable, detailed orientated, responsive, courteous, and patience. He walked us through the whole process step-by-step; answering all questions and giving multiple options to meet our needs. Sean C and Dustin provided excellent customer service start to finish!! They were both involved the whole way and took care of all the details for us! Dustin did a fantastic job with the video of our roof and we saw what storm damage we had. He explained the whole process to us start to finish. Sean set us up with the perfect roof replacement. We are so very pleased with the way the new roof looks on the house! Absolutely beautiful! Sean had everything set up and ready to go the day of the replacement. We started to have stains in our ceilings. We thought the roof was old and needed replacement. Alex came to the house and after inspecting, he determined it was storm damage that had caused roof leaks. He met with our adjuster and we had payment within a week. We were amazed. We had difficulty with the solar company removing panels. Alex had contacted them as well. After they finally removed panels, Alex had his awesome team at my house the next day to replace the roof. The gentlemen were great. Clean and efficient. Alex handled everything from start to finish and is was by far, the best contracted service we have ever had. They definitely went above and beyond. We will be recommending Regal Roofing to anyone that asks. Thanks for having great people in your roster.
