I was a bit hesitant at first but Blake worked with me to understand the process, answer all questions and most of all, not a typical sales pitch kind of person who wants you to sign quickly on the line. I was very impressed with him and the communication as well as the work done. The crew was here by 7:15am and finished by 2-including clean up. I am very satisfied with my architectural shingles and work completed. I've already referred them to a neighbor.
This amazing company helped me to get my roof through steps guiding me through red tape with my insurance company. Then installed a fabulous roof. Great job foreman who made sure I was pleased at every step. Sam was easy to work with and great communicator.
My house was built with the famous defective shingles. Over the years many sales people have knocked on my door wanting to climb my roof. They all said the same thing, that my insurance would pay for all. Their explanation just did not make since. My neighbor, who just had a roof installed by Regal, told me to call Brad at Regal. I gave him a call and Brad explained the details to me that the other salesmen failed to. The insurance company approved the roof. The material showed up one day, the workers showed up the next day and the roof was done in a single day. Amazing! The waste was hauled away on day 3. I'm a bit picky. I walked the property looking for nails and such. I might have found 2 or 3. To be honest I don't remember if I found any or not. Brad and the Regal team did a great job. If I need another roof I'll call them for sure. Actually I did have them put a roof on the neighbor hood pool house. That's two.
